Hooraii, I'm 1-month old!

It's been a month since I arrived in this world. I've been trying to get used to life outside of Mommy's cosy womb.

To celebrate my Full Moon, Daddy and Mommy took me out to 'gaigai' to Mommy's office. Everybody came out from their cube to check me out as I announce my arrival by my loud cry hehe.

After that, we went home and Daddy put me down on my very own cot.

I was dressed up like a giraffe. My costume was sponsored by my Mai Po

I also had lots of bling bling from Grandma and Grandpa to put on

one of the ritual for Full Moon is for one's hair and eyebrow to be cut!

Luckily I don't have any eyebrow yet :P

Daddy

Everyday, I look forward to daddy to come visit me at the confinement center, after daddy's work. Daddy will play with me, sing to me and then baobao me to sleep. :)

A marathoner legs?

Hello all uncles and aunties,
What does scrawny means? My Daddy keeps on saying that I have scrawny legs.

Mummy on the other hand absolutely adores my manicure...

Daddy says I can be the next Jim Carrey

Daddy is still baffled why a 2-week old infant like me can have so much facial expressions:

1. proud/action face (Top Left)
2. naughty tongue poking :P (Top Right)
3. innocent (Middle Left)
4. serious (Middle Right)
5. Cute (Lower Left)
6. Ogle hehe (Lower right)

I can pull a cute face and then follow up quickly with a smirk the next minute:

I'm still learning how to control my eyes muscle so sometimes they end up like this:

Since I do nothing but eat and sleep, I have lots of excess energy. Hence I can't help but unpent those energy by boxing my way out of my swaddle

Right before I fall asleep I like to do these:

Finally I have a full name :)

I'm Lucas Niam Jun Kai.

'Jun' means handsome :P while 'Kai' means returning victorious!

Credit must be given to Grandpa and Grandma for working hard on the names. They painstakingly researched what is the best name for me based on fengshui e.g. the number of strokes and the element like fire that will make up for the lack of fire in this year. A few options were proposed to Daddy and Mummy. Daddy and Mummy finalized it down to two: Jun Kai and Jun Qi. Finally they decided on Jun Kai as Jun Qi sounds girlish :)
